Co-creating the art direction of L'Occitane Employee Campaign 2022, which raises awareness about the actions taken by the brand to tackle environmental and social issues by putting the focus on employees that are contributing to make things better for the brand and the planet.

We have collaborated with film, production and photography teams during shooting and editing phases, and I've designed print and online assets to be deployed on social medias, online and in-store for various brand's markets internationally.
Interview of 12 employees working in 3 different L'Occitane offices: in Paris, Manosque and Geneva.
Each video was a personal and exclusive approach about commitments, actions and solutions each of the employee takes to improve the brand's impact.
One key idea was developed per video; all sorted in 3 main categories: 'Cultivating Change', 'Regenerating Biodiversity' and 'Revealing Wonders'
We used a branded colour palette for each category and a bold typography structure, to make the topics easily recognisable and consistent on social medias.

Each of the 12 portraits were declined in short horizontal videos (reels), Instagram carousels and stories, as well as horizontal videos for other online platforms.
By creating a substantial
campaign toolkit, it allowed various brand's markets to use the components all together or separately, by adding them easily to their digital marketing strategy throughout the whole year which gave the campaign a consistence and strong visibility internationally.
